I am currently taking on commissioned work, for both fine and commercial art purposes.
Whether it's a pinup portrait or advertising art, Krushervision Art Industries can handle it.
A few types of projects I enjoy working on:
• Custom pinup/glamour portraits
• Burlesque and rock gig posters
• Album covers (especially if it will be pressed on vinyl!)
• Magazine story and cover art
• Custom projects
(Note: As I myself am a tattoo artist, I do not provide custom tattoo flash for other tattoo
artists to use. You may, of course, get a custom piece designed and tattooed by me at
Oshkosh Tattoo! I do also have sets of flash for sale.)
How does it work?
Once you contact me about your project, we'll discuss
what kind of subject matter and format you're looking for, and I can quote a price.
I'll ask you plenty of questions
(for example, if you're requesting a pinup cartoon, I'll need to know what you like
for poses, outfits, hairstyles, etc.) and get things narrowed down. Then I'll get to
work on some sketches, and maintain a dialog with you until we arrive at a design you like.
Once you approve that, I ask for a 50% down payment to begin the final work. Once your final art is finished
and delivered, the other half is due within, like, 30 days. Then you have art! Yeah!
$100 Pin-Up Special!
One of my most popular deals, the $100 Pin-Up Special offers a cartoon pin-up of yourself,
drawn in ink and digitally colored, delivered to you as an image file,
and includes ALL reproduction rights, so you may use it on t-shirts, stickers, merchandise,
posters, or anything you wish! Most of the time, a commissioned piece is for use strictly
within specifically agreed-upon terms, and reproduction is not allowed. This is a great way to get a piece
that you can merchandise yourself, for a low, one-time fee!
Alternately, much of my existing artwork is also available for Licensing
to be used on projects like those listed!

"TJ has transformed our brand with his illustrations. We've come to rely on his
stellar work and equally amazing work ethic. He's easy to work with and, as you
can see, produces some of the finest pinup work anywhere. It's rare that I'm
actually turned on by an illustration, unless it's one of TJ's."
- Franky Vivid, producer of Naked Girls Reading and the L'amour Empire
“Seeing TJ’s vision of me come to life through art was very flattering
as well as his compliment that I was 'cartoon-able.' The best part of working
with TJ was that he understood and translated my vision and was willing to make changes I asked for without complaint.
It is important that an artist working on a commissioned piece
makes you feel comfortable, and he does that very well.
I’m already planning to hire TJ Rappel of Krushervision for another art piece!”
- Kitty Baby, burlesque performer
"I might be bias since I work with TJ for Bachelor Pad Magazine, but
he is a great artist. So much so I commissioned him on several special
projects. Most professional. His attention to detail is perfect.
He always knows exactly what I'm looking for. In the rare occasion I need a minor
change he is there with updated art right away. Did I mention he's a hell of a
guy with a smokin' hot wife? (Lucky bastard!)"
- Java, Bachelor Pad Magazine
"I was already a huge fan of your work before I asked for the commission work
so I knew I would not be disappointed. Communication was friendly, very clear
and you didn't leave me hanging. I really felt that you understood what I was
looking for and was very happy with the results. I love the attention to detail.
Great price for what you get. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for
artwork done and would be a repeat customer! Can't thank you enough!"
- Becky Lee, pinup model
